17th October 2018 Website Analysis: Spotify's Rhetorical Success I wrote this analysis for my Rhetoric New and Digital Media class. I analysed and researched the successful rhetorical techniques of this innovative, music streaming company.
3rd October 2018 Literature Analysis: The Great Divorce I wrote this theme-analysis for my C.S. Lewis class. After carefully studying Lewis' motivations for The Great Divorce, I wrote about finding Reality through the motifs of real and unreal.
3rd October 2018 Editorial: Bike Sharing on Campus This editorial was created for my Rhetoric for Writers class, intended to be published in my school's newspaper. The audience is both administration and students, so I elected a more casual style.
16th April 2018 Technical Instructions: Wedding Preparation I wrote these instructions for my Technical and Professional Writing class. I collaborated with a classmate on this project; however, I wrote the entirety of the section on swing dance and formatted the document.
16th April 2018 Satirical Analysis: Gulliver's Travels Voyage IV I wrote this analysis for my 17th Century British Satire and Comedy class. For my final project, I unpacked the rhetorical genius of Jonathan Swift within his created, paradoxical universe and the effects of his writing on the audience.
16th April 2018 Research Paper: Rhetorical Trends I researched rhetorical trends for my Composition Theory class. I studied the differences between male and female rhetorical strategies as well as the best ways to approach those differences in the classroom.
16th April 2018 Proposal: Grammar Workshop I wrote this proposal for my Technical and Professional Writing class. I detailed the process and motivation for beginning a grammar seminar on my college's campus. It was then submitted to the dean of the Language and Literature department.
